These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between br0444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with or otherwise uses any product or service made available through the br0444 website and associated platforms.

By creating an account, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable supplementary rules, bonus terms, game rules and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register, log in or use any part of the br0444 platform. Access to or use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your continued acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following terms have the meanings set out below wherever used in these Terms:

To register and maintain an account on br0444, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the license jurisdiction applicable to your account, whichever is greater.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by br0444 for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform and have no active self-exclusion in effect.
• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
• You understand and accept that gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and you have independently verified that your use of this Platform is lawful in your specific location.

Each eligible user may register and hold exactly one (1) active account on the Platform at any given time. Opening, operating or assisting in the creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances without notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it promptly when any change occurs.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account whilst using your credentials is deemed to be activity carried out by you, whether or not you authorised it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify br0444 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 16. br0444 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

All deposits made to a br0444 account must be funded from payment methods that are in your own name and over which you have lawful authority. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited.

br0444 does not accept deposits made with criminal proceeds, funds associated with money laundering, or funds originating from any unlawful activity. The Platform reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the payment method selected and may change from time to time. Current deposit limits are displayed on the cashier or deposit page of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. br0444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or telecommunications networks.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified account in your own name. br0444 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Bonus funds and free-bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms. Only funds that meet all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

br0444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Processing times for approved withdrawals vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any applicable verification review.

If a User requests a withdrawal and has an outstanding bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, those bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed prior to processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance, in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and promotional rewards offered by br0444 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one registered account per household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Casino table games and live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots; in some promotions, certain games may be entirely excluded.
• br0444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice given where reasonably practicable.
• br0444 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus if it has reason to believe the offer was claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting or systematic abuse of promotional terms.

All bets and wagers placed on br0444 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the event, game or market in question. In the event of ambiguity, br0444's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

Bets are not accepted if the Platform experiences a systems failure, communication outage or other technical malfunction that prevents accurate processing. Any bets placed during such periods may be declared void at br0444's discretion.

In sporting events, br0444 relies on official results and data feeds from third-party providers. Settlement of bets will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC events, the Pakistan Super League administration for PSL fixtures). br0444 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with any sporting body, league or team referenced on the Platform.

In live or in-play markets, odds are updated dynamically. br0444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed on obviously erroneous odds caused by a pricing error or data-feed failure.

Casino games using RNG technology are governed by certified random outcomes. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game as broadcast and administered by the studio. RTP figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative of game configurations as set by the studio and may differ from actual in-session performance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under the minimum eligible age or providing false information to circumvent age verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to reversal.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion or fraud in connection with any game or bet placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds from unlawful sources.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or br0444 staff through any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials, acting as a proxy for another person, or placing bets on behalf of a third party in circumvention of these Terms.

br0444 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be accessed from the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off delay.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on net losses within a defined period to prevent runaway losing sessions.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts displaying session duration and net activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a period of your choosing (days, weeks, months or permanently). During exclusion, all marketing is suspended and login access is disabled.

All content on the br0444 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, software, game content and data feeds — is the proprietary material of br0444 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publish, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express written authorisation from br0444.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, br0444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure.

br0444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. br0444 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

br0444 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, event outcomes or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closing your account, any verified, withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to you via a payment method in your name, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds.

br0444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Account activity indicating potential money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Access from a jurisdiction where the Platform is restricted.
• Any other circumstance where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to br0444.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which br0444 holds its operating licence, as applicable to these Terms. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions and that applicable local laws may separately govern their conduct regardless of the governing law selected herein.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact br0444's support team to seek a resolution through our internal complaints procedure. br0444 will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and respond with a substantive position.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process established under the Platform's operating licence, where available. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

br0444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable period before the changes take effect where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
